Mr. Tylor Cingle,
Tylor Cingle, Manager of Membership, heads all membership efforts for NSSA. In this role, Mr. Cingle provides organizational support and membership coordination to the current and future members of NSSA. Mr. Cingle also works as a Strategy and Government Relations Associate for Velos, where he supports companies in the national security space industry. Mr. Cingle is a graduate of Kent State University with a B.A. in Political Science, concentrating on American Politics and International Relations.
Mr. Andrew Contillo,
Andrew Contillo, Manager of Communications, brings knowledge and experience to NSSA from the Public Relations and Communications world. Currently serving as Public Relations Coordinator for Velos, Mr. Contillo supports all NSSA outreach in regard to communications, public relations, website development, and social media. Mr. Contillo also serves as background support for all virtual meetings and webinars that NSSA hosts via Zoom for Government. As a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and minor in Theatre, Mr. Contillo is well-versed in the various skills and procedures needed to create and maintain a successful Marketing and PR campaign. Mr. Contillo will bring to his position new perspectives that elevate the way NSSA communicates to its members and to the public.
Joe Dodd, Chair of the NSSA Board of Directors, provides NSSA his valuable leadership and knowledge of national security space. In his current position as VP for Corporate Development at Linquest Corporation, Mr. Dodd understands the value of independent thought and leadership. Mr. Dodd has worked at Linquest, a systems integration and engineering company supporting many government space organizations, since 2011. Prior to joining Linquest, Mr. Dodd served in multiple corporate leadership roles in positions at TASC Inc., the commercial remote sensing industry, Hughes Space & Communications, and the Aerospace Corporation. Mr. Dodd will bring to his position as Chair of NSSA’s Board of Directors his valuable experience as an independent leader in the National Security Space community.

Mr. Steven D. Jacques,
USAF (Ret), Executive Director and Founder, NSSA; Managing Partner, Velos
Steve Jacques, Executive Director and Founder of the National Security Space Association, brings to his role decades of experience in and intimate knowledge of the National Security Space and Intelligence communities. A retired Air Force officer, Mr. Jacques supported DoD space programs, served as the Secretary of the Air Force’s Congressional Liaison for Space and S&T programs and policies, and served as the Secretary of Defense’s Legislative Liaison for Intelligence, Space, and Airborne Reconnaissance policies and programs. Mr. Jacques is currently a Managing Partner at Velos, where he routinely interacts with space and intelligence leadership in the Executive branch, industry, and Congress. In 2004, Mr. Jacques co-founded the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation, preparing him for his role in leading the National Security Space Association as Executive Director.
Ms. Holly Tucker,
Holly Tucker, Manager of Operations, provides support and oversight to all NSSA day-to-day tasks, processes, and events. In this role, Ms. Tucker helps maintain productivity across the breadth of NSSA activities. Ms. Tucker also works as a Strategy and Government Relations Associate at Velos, where she supports companies in the national security space industry. She has previously interned on Capitol Hill. Ms. Tucker is a graduate of George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs, concentrating in Security Policy and Europe and Eurasia, and a minor in Russian Language and Literature.
Ms. Aelxandra Weikert,
Manager, Events and Membership
Lexie Weikert, Manager of Events and Membership, heads membership and event planning efforts for NSSA. She provides organizational support as well as strategic analysis to the team. A recent graduate from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Astronomy & Astrophysics and minor in History, Lexie’s background is in radio astronomy, data simulation, and machine learning applications. Previously, she has researched at the Naval Research Laboratory and presented at the American Astronomical Society Conference. Lexie’s experience allows her to bring a scientific approach to all NSSA operations.
Chris Williams, Vice President and Chair of the NSSA Studies & Analysis Center, provides expert analysis and insight to NSSA. Mr. Williams has held senior positions in the Executive and Legislative branches of government. At the Department of Defense, Mr. Williams served as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense and Deputy Secretary of Defense, and as acting Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. Mr. Williams also served on various Government advisory boards that advised the Secretary of Defense on national security policy and military strategy matters. Mr. Williams held a series of Leadership and Committee professional staff positions in the United States Senate and U.S. House of Representatives, including National Security Advisor to the Senate Majority Leader, Deputy Staff Director and Budget Director on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and Professional Staff Member on the House Armed Services Committee. Mr. Williams will bring to his position great dedication and knowledge of the National Security Space Community.
